Crucible - General Admission 7pm

This production is brought to you as Reader's Theatre, a staged reading of this cautionary story.

All shows begin at 7pm.

Sky: after dark brings you another edgy and thought-provoking production!

We are presenting a 2-show run of Arthur Miller’s “The Crucible.”

Saturdays April 25 & May 2
7pm
Wagner Performing Arts Center
639 W Main St, Monroe

If you’re not familiar with the story, it is a story set during the Salem witch trials; it is full of assumptions, accusations, false-imprisonment and “othering”. It was written during the McCarthy era, and echoes many issues occurring today.

As with all After Dark productions, we have selected a charity to support. All profits from this production will go to our chosen charity. In this current climate, the After Dark producers feel strongly that our immigrant neighbors need our help. The Washington Immigrant Solidarity Network does incredible work to support our immigrant friends and neighbors. This is our chosen charity for all profits from “The Crucible”. You can find out more here: Washington Immigrant Solidarity Network (https://waisn.org)

Thank you for supporting arts as well as all those who contribute to and enrich the fabric of our country.
